Often we have families asking about the "Student Hub." Located in the bottom of Admin (D Block), Student Hub is a go-to place for students at school.

Jeanette and Sufia are the friendly faces in the Hub, they oversee a variety of functions:

1) Late Arrivals. Students who are late MUST go to the Hub and sign in late. 

2) Uniform Corrections. Students who do not have the correct uniform will be directed to the Hub to correct their uniform. Items are washed after use.

3) Sick Bay. Students must present to sick bay and the staff will contact home. Students are not to text/email/call parents/carers.

4) Student Absence Line. When you call/email/text your student's absence, the staff in the Hub record these absences.

5) Navigator. The staff at the Hub are aware of room changes and will update your student if they missed the information.

6) Lost Property. Items will be organised for collection and displayed outside the Hub.

7) Timetable MIA. The Hub staff can reprint a timetable for students.

There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes at the Hub, including rolls for excursions/camps, getting the Immunisation Forms in, handing out the ID cards if a student misses getting them in their Learner Agency class.... But this is a snapshot of the work they do each day.
